Time Share is a cross-platform time zone scheduling tool designed to calculate offsets, display local times, coordinate availability planner views, and share invites with contacts.
Time Share offers Monthly ($1.99 USD) and Annual ($19.99 USD) auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock advanced features (e.g. adding >6 cities, premium sharing options). Payment transactions are managed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing engines. You may manage, edit, or cancel auto-renewals at any time through your respective platform settings.
You are solely responsible for invitation links, schedule coordinates, and location details you distribute through our sharing functions. You agree not to distribute spam, coordinate illegal activities, or reverse-engineer the application structure.
Time Share is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that calculations or offsets are always error-free. We shall not be held liable for any missed meetings, travel complications, flight delays, or business disruptions arising from your reliance on timezone calculations within the application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms of Use, manipulate subscription bypasses, or cause harm to our services or users.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to consumer software registries, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.
